Conduit Power bundles water breathing, underwater night vision, and mining haste into one effect, granted automatically near an active conduit.
Build a conduit from a heart of the sea and eight nautilus shells, frame it with at least 16 prismarine-family blocks underwater, and the effect applies to all players in range, refreshing continuously. A full 42-block frame extends the range to 96 blocks.
Conduit Power is the endgame answer to underwater work: no potions to manage, no helmet enchant required. Fully framed conduits also damage hostile aquatic mobs, turning your base perimeter into a defensive zone.

Water breathing, night vision underwater, and faster mining speed underwater, all in one effect. A fully powered conduit also attacks nearby hostile water mobs like drowned and guardians.
