How to Get Dark Oak Planks
Dark Oak Planks are crafted from Dark Oak Logs: each log yields 4 planks in any crafting grid. Dark oaks grow only in dark forest biomes and have thick 2x2 trunks, and the planks also generate in woodland mansions, pillager outposts, ancient cities, badlands mineshafts, and shipwrecks.
- Chop Dark Oak Logs in a dark forest; regrow the trees by placing four dark oak saplings in a 2x2 arrangement.
- Place a Dark Oak Log in any crafting grid slot.
- Take 4 Dark Oak Planks per log.
